LCSW Board-Certified Supervision

Improve your clinical social work practice

Clinical supervision should be fulfilling, thought-provoking, and safe. Not only is it a requirement for clinical licensure, but it is also a valuable space to strengthen your practice. My experience is with adolescent, adult, family, and group populations, and I have worked in government, hospital, non-profit, and high school settings. My heart is in community-based social work, and these experiences have greatly influenced my practice.

I practice from an eclectic orientation, largely influenced by the Relational Feminist model, Attachment theory, and consistently strength-based. I also like to incorporate interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and mindfulness perspectives. Most recently, I have trained in the DEEP approach with Candyce Ossefort Russell, LPC-S, which is based on Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Attachment theory, and Humanist psychology concepts. I believe that thorough personal introspection is vital to providing high quality clinical social work services, and that supervision can assist in this process.

Most importantly, I value the process of collaborating with and guiding other social workers through the challenges and joys of clinical social work. I benefited from high quality clinical social work supervision and I am enthusiastic about offering the same level of quality to social workers interested in pursuing clinical licensure.

Supervision with me is a combination of group and individual sessions, and I am currently accepting new member applications for my supervision group, which is a $60/hour group rate ($80/hour individual rate). My schedule does not accommodate strictly individual supervision candidates at this time.
